Please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible, you will then be contacted by our Group Visit Co-Ordinator who will be able to give you more information and also book your party in. Please note that it is only our North Wales branch that is able to offer free parking, free teas and dining facilities. Discounts apply to all other branches.
Coach Party Benefits
Subject to qualifying requirements, your party could benefit from the following:
- 10% discount off all purchases made (excluding Coffee Shop, Special Offer Rolls & the Curtain & Blind Making Service, although discount will be still be given on the fabric)
- Complimentary Tea or Coffee with your lunch purchased from the Coffee Shop (Mon - Fri only)
- Meal voucher for the driver (if the group visit is on a Coach / Bus)
- Plus, as the organiser you will receive a credit voucher worth £10 to spend in any department (excluding the Coffee Shop)
Claim up to £50
As a Group Visit organiser, you can now earn yourself an extra bonus when bringing a party to our Shop. Depending on your party’s sales, you can claim the corresponding bonus next time you bring the qualifying party!

This spend bonus will be issued in the form of a credit voucher upon the arrival of your next qualifying party, which must be within 6 months of your previous visit. (It is not valid in the Coffee Shop, must be used on the day of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is not available in conjunction with any other offer).
