I would just like to point out how wonderful a member of staff in the Mostyn Branch was today. My friend and I went into the wool shop looking for advice on starting to crochet. The lady Sue, who helped us was totally amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable she really couldn't have done any more to help us. I hope this does not go unnoticed and I feel there are not enough compliments today regarding staff. Well done Sue, my friend and I will be back soon, J. Sellers. 21 August 2015.
