I would like to inform your management team about a brilliant demonstration I went to today at your Mostyn store. It was a demonstration on the Janome Sewing Machine. I recently had a Janome Sewing Machine for my birthday and wanted to ensure I was using it correctly and to its full potential.
The Demo was given by Sharon and she was wonderful. To a novice like me, Sharon was patient and encouraging, answering all my questions. I was able to have a go on the machine and following Sharon's instruction, I sewed my first ever button hole! I am thrilled as Sharon has given me the confidence to start sewing after many years away from a Sewing Machine. So a massive thank you to Sharon. I enjoyed the Demonstration so much, I have now booked to attend the Day Course on Sewing Cushion Covers. So this may be the first of many day courses I will attend, especially as I am now retired.
