I just wanted to contact you to express my appreciation for your excellent customer service; I placed an order last week, and one of the fabrics I ordered went out of stock; I contacted your customer services phoneline to change my order, and then changed it again the next day,and despite all my changes, your customer service representative was friendly and helpful. I received updates on when my order would be delivered (including a one-hour time slot, which is fantastic, and meant I didn't have to wait around all day!), and I am really pleased with the fabrics. I'm really impressed with your service, and will definitely be ordering from you again, and will happily recommend you to friends!
