This technique creates a double thickness of fabric at one time, both sides having a stocking stitch finish. In this 2 hour work shop Molly will introduce you several ways to set up this technique, giving different effects to the cast on edge. Using 2 colours, you will learn how to work a sample with a pattern on both sides. Molly will show you samples using different techniques for working the edges so they remain connected and you can decide which to use in your own sample. You will be provided with a detailed worksheet with colour pictures showing all techniques covered, to help you remember what you have been shown when you get home. This technique creates a double thickness of fabric and is suitable for making scarves, cowls, hats, pot holders, mats or anything where you want the front and back to look the same.
