Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods (and our returns policy applies), you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. To return a qualifying item, please complete the 'Customer Returns

' document received with your order and return the unwanted items in a sale-able condition to the Freepost Address provided. A refund will be processed within 14 days from when the order is received back to us, but will usually be much quicker.

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty on the following items:
  • Fabric Samples
  • Made to order and cut to order measured items (such as Fabrics & Haberdashery sold by the metre)
  • Gift Vouchers
  • Sewing and Knitting Patterns
  • Items which have been cut or processed by the purchaser

Faulty Goods

If your goods are faulty, you must contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your order (providing your Order Number, and the nature of the fault/damage). A full refund will be made for the return of faulty items, if a claim has been made in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
