Returns Policy (Purchasing Online)
Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchangeWe can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty on the following items:
- Fabric Samples
- Made to order and cut to order measured items (such as Fabrics & Haberdashery sold by the metre)
- Gift Vouchers
- Sewing and Knitting Patterns
- Items which have been cut or processed by the purchaser
Faulty GoodsIf your goods are faulty, you must contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your order (providing your Order Number, and the nature of the fault/damage). A full refund will be made for the return of faulty items, if a claim has been made in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
