Abakhan Mostyn, located in North Wales, is the flagship store and headquarters of Abakhan Fabrics, Hobby & Home. Known for its extensive selection of fabrics, craft supplies and haberdashery items, the Mostyn branch offers a unique shopping experience that draws visitors from all over the UK. The Abakhan business started in the 1940s, with the Mostyn location serving as the original site of the family-owned enterprise. It has grown significantly over the years, expanding its product range and opening additional stores across the UK.
Abakhan Mostyn offers an extensive array of fabrics, including dressmaking, home furnishing, quilting and craft fabrics. The store features a wide range of haberdashery items such as threads, buttons, zippers, ribbons, needles and pins. Abakhan also stocks a range of sewing machines from big brands such as Janome, Singer and Brother. The Mostyn site also stocks a broad range of crafting materials, including yarns, knitting and crochet accessories and various craft tools.
The Mostyn location often hosts classes for different skill levels, covering topics such as sewing, knitting and other crafts to help enthusiasts improve their skills. You can view all classes available here.
Abakhan also offers 10% OFF for Students and 10% OFF every Wednesday for Over 60s. Please note that we only accept Card Payments in-store.
