I placed an order with you on Saturday 9th June for 15m of white polyester fabric. I was amazed when it turned up this morning (Tuesday 12th June) - thank you so much for such a prompt and efficient service. Having shopped by e-mail for many years I was at last able to visit your Hanley store with my mother. We would both like to say how nice it was to enter your shop and the staff be genuinely interested in what you want to buy and the hobby of crafting.
