When you place an order at Abakhan Fabrics, Hobby & Home you can select the following delivery options.

1. EVRI Standard Shipping (Tracked), £2.95

Equivalent to sending a parcel second class with Royal Mail. This tracked service aims to deliver within 2–3 working days, after we dispatch your order. £5.50 to Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.


2. Royal Mail 48 (untracked), £3.46

This untracked service aims to deliver within 2–4 working days, after we dispatch your order.


3. Royal Mail 48 (Tracked), £4.96

This tracked service aims to deliver within 2–4 working days, after we dispatch your order.


4. DPD Express Tracked, £6.98

This express DPD 'Tracked & Signed service' (UK mainland only) aims to deliver within 2–3 working days, after we dispatch your order.

Terms & Conditions

  • Please allow plenty of time for your orders to arrive during bank holiday and sale periods, this may take up to 10 working days.

  • Heavy or large orders may be sent via a different carrier (at no extra cost).

  • Orders which qualify for FREE delivery will be sent on the service selected by Abakhan Fabrics, Hobby & Home. We reserve the right to select this service.

  • DPD do not count Saturday as a working day.

  • DPD orders can only be sent to mainland UK addresses (i.e. not Channel Islands, Isle of Man, etc.).

  • DPD Delivery by courier to Scottish Highlands & Islands and includes the following postcodes: Scottish Highlands - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50 Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3, may take 2-5 working days.

  • Republic of Ireland will be charged at £13

  • FREE Delivery offer does not apply to Scottish Highlands & Islands.

  • DPD Delivery to Northern Ireland addresses may also take 2-5 working days.

    • If you're not completely satisfied with your order at WoolBox, we are able to accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your order.  We can offer a full refund on the cost of your items, as long as they are as long are returned in a fully resalable condition, with original packaging intact - items cannot be returned once they have been used or cut.
